Firesword

Another of my traditional means artpieces, this time trying to nail fire effects and skin colouring.

Not easy, but the awesome Tombow brushes to allow colour blending with is quite awesome -- when I manage to pull it off correctly. Due to her taste for fire and leather, HeatBurn here, from City of Heroes, ends up being one of my most frequent subjects for try out pieces and experimentation.

Drawn in a few hours: technical pencil, Sakura pens for inking, and Tombow for colouring.
